Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of digital solutions for Advanced Structures using SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), underpinned by strong Python and TCL. Build secure workflows, apps, and dashboards; integrate with engineering toolchains and data sources; and collaborate cross-functionally to improve productivity, data quality, and decision-making.

Education & Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical/Aerospace/CS/Data/IT.
• SharePoint development (Lists/Libraries, permissions, REST/Graph integration) and Power Platform solutioning (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Strong Python for automation/integration (APIs, ETL, packaging/testing) and TCL for interfacing with engineering/toolchain environments.
• Hands-on databases and data modeling: SQL and DataMart concepts (schemas, performance, governance).
• Cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containers (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Clear, structured communication; able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Java/JavaScript scripting (e.g., SPFx/TypeScript or Java-based services.
• Exposure to AI/ML/LLMs (prompting, basic model integration).
• Embedding solution outputs into engineering tools/dashboards (Power BI, SharePoint portals, custom web apps).
• Familiarity with aerospace standards (e.g., DO-178C, ARP4754) and safety-critical practices.
• Awareness of CAE/CAD/PLM tools: HyperMesh, NASTRAN, CATIA, and Teamcenter — preferred.
