MSC specializes in acquiring businesses with succession issues and predictable cash flows, particularly in the B2B sector. The company is backed by marquee global and domestic investors, making fast and decisive decisions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship at Milestone Search Capital's Hyderabad office, focused on deal sourcing and CA outreach. The intern will work closely with the founding team to identify and onboard deal intermediaries — primarily Chartered Accountant firms and boutique advisors — who can introduce profitable SMEs that fit our acquisition mandate. Expect a hands-on role that involves traveling within Hyderabad to meet leads, pitch MSC's thesis, coordinate meetings, and drive top-of-funnel deal flow.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Deal Sourcing and Private Equity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in outreach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Relevant educational background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
• Experience in the investment industry is an advantage
