Description

We are looking for a Guidewire Policy Center Lead Developer with 10-15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Guidewire Policy Center and the ability to lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. This is a full-time position located in India.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire Policy Center solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Participate in agile development methodologies and ceremonies
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

10-15 years of experience in software development

Deep understanding of Guidewire Policy Center

Experience leading a team of developers

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with agile development methodologies

Experience with Java, J2EE, and related technologies

Experience with XML, XSLT, and SOAP / REST web services

Experience with database technologies such as SQL and Oracle

Guidewire Policy Center certification is a plus
