Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder with responsibilities across the domains of Chief Product Officer (CPO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO) within a manufacturing-focused company. Responsibilities include overseeing product strategy and development, driving marketing and sales initiatives, conducting market research, managing key partnerships, and ensuring operational efficiency within the organization. The role requires a balance of visionary leadership and hands-on involvement in daily tasks to further CraticAI’s mission.

Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and solve complex challenges

Exceptional communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners

Proven expertise in sales and marketing to drive growth and enhance brand presence

Experience in product management, operations, or executive leadership within the manufacturing or technology sector is a plus
