About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT (Tech, Product, Data, etc.) and Non-IT (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.) roles.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. (MBA is a plus point)2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT hiring.Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple roles with attention to detail.What We Offer
