Requirements :
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced Edition (introduced in late 2024), including configuration and implementation.
Strong knowledge of Data Cloud integration to enable scalable customer engagement.
Expertise in advanced Marketing Cloud features such as Unified SMS / WhatsApp conversations, Journey path experimentation, Predictive AI for engagement and frequency optimization, Advanced automation and personalization capabilities.
Experience with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including supporting migrations from Account Engagement to Marketing Cloud Advanced Edition.
Strong technical proficiency with the ability to work independently and autonomously without close supervision.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with precision and scalability in mind.
