Senior Game Designer

About the Job and Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer with a passion for gaming. As a Lead

Product Designer at our gaming company, you will play a crucial role in shaping

the user experience and visual design of our gaming products. You will work

closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, game

developers, and user researchers, to create innovative and engaging

experiences for our players. This role requires a deep understanding of both the

gaming industry and user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities :

User Experience (UX) Design :

• Ability to conduct and understand user research to understand player needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Create user journeys, mockups, prototypes, storyboards, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for games, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable player journey.
• Pitch and present concepts, proposals, and updates to stakeholders and translate complex concepts and interactions into simple, elegant, and coherent design.
• Visual Design and System :
• Develop visually stunning and cohesive design elements while working closely with other designers and brand teams.
• Maintain consistency in design across different platforms and devices.
• Proficiency in building Design Systems and Prototyping frameworks.
• Prototyping and Iteration :
• Create interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts.
• Gather feedback from play-testing and user testing sessions to refine and improve designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation aligns with the intended design.
