Job description

J ob Title : Costing and Sourcing Specialist – Electrical & Electronics Components

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication from a reputed institute.

Experience : 8+ yrs

Skill :

  • Minimum 8 years of experience impart costing, strategic sourcing, and vendor development.
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in automotive or heavy machinery sectors.
  • Proven track record of working closely with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with costing tools like aPriori and Costimator is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Q-tools, PPAP, and APQP is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Estimate costs for electrical and electronic components based on technical specifications.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization strategies using market benchmarks and competitive analysis.
  • Apply Zero-Based Costing techniques, particularly for automotive lighting, display.
