Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Supply Chain modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations including Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Order Processing, Warehouse Management, and Production Control.
Gather and analyse business requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and customize D365 F&O supply chain modules to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for supply chain operations and D365 F&O capabilities.
Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain related issues post-implementation.
Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O updates, features, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain Consultant or similar role.
Strong expertise in D365 F&O Supply Chain modules : Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Production Control.
Hands-on experience with configuration, setup, and customization within D365 F&O.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes including demand forecasting, procurement, order fulfilment, inventory control, and logistics.
Experience with integration of D365 F&O with third-party systems and external logistics / shipping providers.
Proficient in analysing business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
Experience with data migration tools and techniques within D365 F&O.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
