Position : Python Developer (AI / LLM Focus)

Experience : 3 - 10 years

Location : Hyderabad

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are seeking highly skilled Python Developers with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying AI-driven applications, along with a solid foundation in Python development practices. Depending on experience, you will contribute as an individual developer, technical lead, or mentor within the AI engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and optimize Python-based applications with a focus on AI / ML / LLM integration.
  • Work with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, etc.
  • Fine-tune and deploy LLMs (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Falcon, Claude, etc.) for enterprise use cases.
  • Develop scalable APIs and microservices to integrate AI / LLM models with enterprise systems.
  • Implement data preprocessing pipelines, embeddings, and vector database integrations (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to translate models into production-ready solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with AI ethics, security, and data privacy (GDPR / ISO standards).
  • Optimize model performance for latency, scalability, and cost efficiency across cloud and on-prem deployments.
  • Document solutions and provide mentorship / support to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 3-10 years of professional Python development experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts, NLP, and deep learning frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, instruction-tuning).
  • Familiarity with distributed computing, GPU acceleration (CUDA), and model optimization.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
  • Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI / ML workloads.
  • Experience with MLOps pipelines (CI / CD, MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Prior experience working with enterprise AI platforms.
  • Contributions to open-source AI / LLM projects.
  • Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback).
  • Knowledge of multi-modal AI (text, image, audio).
  • Familiarity with secrets management (HashiCorp Vault), security hardening, and compliance frameworks.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning in AI / ML.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.

    • Career Growth Path :

  • 3-5 years experience : Individual contributor working on AI-driven applications and integrations.
  • 5-7 years experience : Senior Developer leading projects, mentoring juniors, and driving AI solution design.
  • 7-10 years experience : Technical Lead / Architect managing end-to-end AI solutioning, model lifecycle management, and enterprise AI strategy.
