Project Role Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Work on upgrades and major enhancements to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enhancements in SAP Finance.
- Collaborate with other functional analysts to develop effective SAP solutions.
- Maintain all project documentation in accepted formats.
- Support emergency requests on weekdays / weekends / holidays.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize project / support activities efficiently.
Work Experience
Minimum 7 years of SAP experience in FICO & S / 4HANA Finance .Minimum 1–2 years of domain experience in Finance .Job Overview
Thorough knowledge of the entire accounting cycle.Strong understanding of :Bank Reconciliation Statements,Foreign exchange valuation,Period-end closing activities,Asset Accounting.Hands-on experience with S / 4 HANA upgrade projects .Functional Experience
7+ years of experience in business process consulting.Deep understanding of industry-specific business processes.Experience managing challenging client situations.Quick understanding of business issues, pain points, and challenges.Primary Skills
Hands-on SAP experience (minimum 7 years).SAP FI S / 4HANA Accounting & Controlling.SAP configuration and process knowledge in :GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, BankingCost Center, Profit Center, Internal OrdersProfitability AnalysisMinimum two end-to-end implementation projects.Experience in upgrades, support, rollout, enhancements, and development.Extensive experience with RICEFW objects :Drafting functional specifications,End-to-end test scripts.Integration knowledge with SD & MM modules.Experience working with interfaces and third-party systems / banks.Strong understanding of SAP finance business functionality.Knowledge of incident & change management processes.Proven ability to resolve upgrade defects quickly.Experience with testing tools.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong analytical and documentation capabilities.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Additional Skills (Good to Have)
