About the Role :

We are hiring a Mid-Level Jira + Coda Administrator to support project teams by configuring workflows, setting up automation, and implementing AI-driven reporting across Jira and Coda. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow into senior responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, and automation rules.
• Build Coda docs, templates, and data views for tasks, reporting, and documentation.
• Develop automation and AI-driven task assignment / reporting in Jira and Coda.
• Support integrations with GitHub / GitLab, Slack, and productivity tools.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support in a remote-first environment.
• Manage permissions, data integrity, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers to implement Agile workflows and sprint tracking.
