Android AOSP Developer

About the Role

We are looking for talented and experienced Android AOSP Developers to join our team. You will work on advanced automotive and embedded platform projects involving Android system-level customization, device bring-up, and framework enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and enhance Android AOSP components across framework, middleware, and native layers

Perform device bring-up and platform integration for embedded / automotive systems

Customize system configuration files including BoardConfig.mk , init.rc , and other AOSP modules

Debug system-level issues using logs, tools, and Linux-based debugging techniques

Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software teams to ensure smooth integration

Optimize system performance and ensure platform stability

Required Skills & Expertise

Mandatory : Strong hands-on experience in Android AOSP , Java , Kotlin , and C++

Deep understanding of Android architecture (Framework, System Services, HAL, Native layers)

Experience with device bring-up, BSP integration, and system-level customization

Good command of Linux environment, shell scripting, and debugging tools

Ability to analyze logs, crashes, and performance issues
