About the Role : We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager who has hands-on experience with Amazon marketplace, Shopify, and day-to-day order operations for a D2C brand. The ideal candidate comes from a premium consumer brand background, understands polished digital retail workflows, and is confident handling both marketplace and website operations with a data-driven approach.
Marketplace Management (Amazon)
- Take end-to-end ownership of Amazon store launches, growth, and day-to-day optimization.
- Develop and maintain A+ Content, manage Brand Store setup, and optimize listings with SEO and targeted keywords.
- Track store performance and drive campaigns, deals, and paid ads to boost visibility and sales.
- Analyze metrics, reviews, and ratings to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Shopify & Website Operations
Update product pages, content, and inventory status.Ensure smooth order capture and coordination with fulfilment.Assist with website promotions and product launches.Order & Inventory Management
Track daily orders, returns, and dispatch status across all platforms.Coordinate inventory replenishment with the warehouse team.Maintain accurate stock levels across Amazon, Shopify, and the website.Analytics & Reporting
Prepare concise weekly / monthly performance reports.Monitor KPIs like traffic, conversion, sales, and AOV.Identify trends and opportunities to optimize product placement, campaigns, and cross-sell / upsell initiatives.Cross-Team Coordination
Work with design / content for product creatives and updates.Collaborate with operations for stock, dispatches, and order accuracy.Customer Experience & Quality Control
Monitor order accuracy, packaging quality, and delivery SLAs to ensure a premium customer experience.Coordinate with the CX team to resolve order-related queries, returns, and escalations efficiently.Track customer reviews and ratings across platforms.Marketing & Growth Support
Support performance marketing teams with inputs for ads, keywords, best-performing SKUs, and consumer insights.Execute promotional calendars -BBD, Prime Day, Festive Sales, and brand-specific campaigns.Process Optimization
Identify gaps in order flow, payments, returns, or inventory sync and build SOPs for efficiency.Recommend tech / automation tools (Order management apps, reporting dashboards, review tools, etc.)Requirements :
3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations with a premium D2C brand.Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.Hands-on experience with Shopify;good UI / UX understanding is a plus.
Good analytical skills and comfort with performance tracking.Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with multi-platform workflows..Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
