The Finance Executive will oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, compliance, payroll, audits, and financial analysis. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to partner with leadership to drive informed financial decisions that support organizational growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, PT, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, variance analyses, and board-level presentations.
- Oversee timely payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Manage vendor payments, receivables, and cash flow forecasting.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks for audits and compliance matters.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Maintain organized documentation and secure record-keeping in line with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standards.
- Implement internal financial controls to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements.Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting platforms.Proficiency in Excel for MIS reporting and analytics (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred).Solid knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliance.Ability to generate accurate financial reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership.Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications :
CA Inter, CMA, or MBA in Finance.Experience in IT services or consulting industries.Exposure to international taxation and financial due diligence processes
