Graphic Designer (m / w / d) – Social Media Ads (Remote)

We at Destination Germany are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with experience in Canva (for static ads) and Descript (for video ads), who can help us bring our job ads to life on social media.
Our mission is to connect talents with companies in Germany – and your designs will play a key role in that journey.

🧰 Your Responsibilities

✨ Create around 40 video ads per month (15–20 seconds) optimized for Meta, YouTube, TikTok & LinkedIn

🖼️ Design around 40 static ads per month in multiple aspect ratios (feed, stories, reels, etc.)

🌍 Work closely with our recruitment & marketing team to turn job descriptions into attractive visual content

⚡ Deliver ads within 24 hours after receiving the requirements

🧠 Your Profile

✅ Proven experience in creating social media ads (video & static), ideally for recruitment or performance marketing

✅ Confident in using Canva & Descript

✅ Good sense for design, storytelling & attention-grabbing hooks

✅ Comfortable working in German and English (translations supported by AI tools)

✅ Reliable, structured and fast — you can handle multiple projects in parallel

💡 Bonus : Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
