Job Description

  • Lead and manage a 24x7x365 offshore operations team across multiple technology domains.
  • Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of services including incident response, change management, patching, and performance optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, automation, and runbook development.
  • Collaborate with onshore SMEs and stakeholders to align on SLAs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide escalation support and root cause analysis for critical incidents.
  • Manage team capacity, shift schedules, and training to ensure round-the-clock coverage.

  • 3. Cyber Vault & Cleanroom :

  • Cyber recovery infrastructure, OWL Diode, SecureCopy, CyberSense

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing offshore teams in a 24x7 environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience in service management preferred.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO, etc.)
  • Exposure to Agile / DevOps methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Additional Information

    Compensation -   40 lakhs pa
