Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, submitting, and tracking permit applications with local authorities, utility companies, and government agencies
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide status updates
- Gather, organize, and review project documentation to support the permitting process
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of permits and approvals
- Learn and apply regulatory, zoning, and compliance requirements during training
- Support senior team members in resolving permitting-related issues or delays
