About ExaGuru

ExaGuru is building a powerful digital marketing and automation ecosystem designed to help businesses scale using AI-driven systems, CRM optimization, and high-performance funnels. We are looking for two highly skilled Digital Marketing Implementors who can execute our marketing frameworks across platforms like Synamate, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Knorish, HubSpot, Zoho, WordPress, and other automation tools.

This is a hands-on role focused on implementation, execution, and technical setup — not strategy. You will work closely with our marketing leadership to turn frameworks into fully functioning digital systems.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Framework Implementor will be responsible for setting up CRM systems, building funnels, deploying marketing automation, and integrating digital tools. You will work directly inside environments like Synamate (CRM, Pipelines, Marketing, Automation, Sites, Conversations) to bring ExaGuru’s digital blueprint to life.

This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and an execution-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Setup & Pipeline Management

  • Configure CRM pipelines and opportunity stages.
  • Create custom fields, tags, segments, and advanced filters.
  • Manage contact lists, lead imports, and segmentation.
  • Maintain data hygiene inside the CRM.

Marketing Automation

  • Build automated workflows including email, SMS / WhatsApp, nurturing sequences, reminders, and sales alerts.
  • Set up triggers, conditions, delays, and follow-ups.
  • Create onboarding and lifecycle journeys.
  • Funnel & Website Implementation

  • Build landing pages, sales funnels using ClickFunnels, Knorish, Synamate Funnels, WordPress / Elementor.
  • Integrate forms, pop-ups, surveys, CTAs, and tracking codes.
  • Ensure pages are mobile optimized and conversion-focused.
  • Campaign Execution

  • Deploy newsletters, broadcast campaigns, onboarding flows, and drip sequences.
  • Handle scheduling, segmentation, and campaign calendars.
  • Technical Integrations

  • Integrate calendars, payment systems, webinar tools, APIs, and automation platforms.
  • Set up webhooks, lead source tracking, and automation triggers.
  • Assist with domain setup, DNS, SPF, and DKIM.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track funnel performance, conversion rates, and lead flow.
  • Create weekly dashboards and performance reports.
  • Recommend optimization improvements.
  • Quality Assurance

  • Test funnels, automations, and integrations end-to-end.
  • Identify and fix workflow issues.
  • Ensure no leads are missed in the pipeline.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Synamate, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, ClickFunnels, Knorish, or WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, lead flows, automation, and digital journeys.
  • Ability to build pages, forms, and funnels.
  • Basic HTML / CSS is a plus.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with webinar funnels, course funnels, or membership platforms.
  • Understanding of sales processes and opportunity stages.
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp API, SMTP, or integration tools.
