Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD CS Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Sales & Distribution with Customer Service, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP SD CS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and providing expert-level support to stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Implement and maintain SAP SD CS solutions, including O2C processes, Pricing, Billing, Returns, Third-Party Sales, and Consignment
- Provide expert-level support for SAP CS, including Claims, service orders, warranties, repairs, and integration with FI, MM, and PP
- Ensure seamless integration with Business Partner (BP) and Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI)
- Develop and maintain RICEF, IDocs, User Exits, and debugging skills
- Provide knowledge of ATP, Delivery Scheduling, Output control, and Credit Management
- Utilize testing tools, documentation, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to ensure efficient project delivery
