Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to oversee our product's overhaul and product design team. This fully remote role is both managerial and hands-on, providing exposure to a fast-moving startup while allowing you to work from anywhere.

• Define the end-to-end product design strategy for core product.
• Serve as principal design authority, collaborating directly with C-suite to turn business objectives into an intuitive product experience.
• Lead architectural design of user interface for mobile platforms and website.

Ideate a user-centric design approach addressing diverse cultural contexts within African markets.

• Minimum 7+ years experience in product design, proven history launching consumer applications.
• Demonstrated experience leading product design from concept through market launch.
• Exceptional portfolio exhibiting strategic thinking and UX principles.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Significant experience designing for emerging markets or technical background.
