About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with experience in the US Healthcare Payer market to drive growth and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payer operations, healthcare technology, and business acquisition within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US Payer segment (Health Plans, TPAs, Managed Care Organizations).
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs and procurement teams.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Present company capabilities, products, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, solutioning, and product) to develop customized proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the healthcare payer vertical.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.3–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the US healthcare payer domain .Strong understanding of payer systems, claims processing, care management, and population health .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
