About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with experience in the US Healthcare Payer market to drive growth and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payer operations, healthcare technology, and business acquisition within the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US Payer segment (Health Plans, TPAs, Managed Care Organizations).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs and procurement teams.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Present company capabilities, products, and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, solutioning, and product) to develop customized proposals.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the healthcare payer vertical.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the US healthcare payer domain .
  • Strong understanding of payer systems, claims processing, care management, and population health .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
