Location : Haldwani, rudrapur, pantnagar, rudrapryag
Experience : Minimum 6 months in the Insurance sector (Motor / Health Insurance preferred)
Channel : Agency Channel — work with POSP agents
✨ Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents for Motor & Health Insurance
- Build strong relationships with agents & drive business through them
- Provide training & support to agents to achieve sales targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction & policy renewals
