Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Mumbai. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning, managing, and arranging travel itineraries to meet their needs and preferences. Daily responsibilities will include booking reservations, providing customer service, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients. The role will require working closely with customers to recommend destinations, package options, and cost-effective travel plans.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and related tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
