Job description

Designation : Business Development Manager (BDM)

Experience : Fresher’s to 2 years

Budget : As per company norms

Location : Bangalore (HSR 6th Sector) F2F Interview

Work Mode : 5 Days WFO (Monday to Friday)

Work Timings : UK Shift (1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM IST) : should be flexible

Reports To : CEO

Education : Preferred BE, BTech, BCA, MCA, MBA

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in India, UK and European markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle : from lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and demoing to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and go-to-market strategies (GTM).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to position Kipplo effectively.
  • Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and dashboards on pipeline status and revenue performance.

Requirements :

  • Strong understanding of contact intelligence / lead generation / B2B SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in UK time zone.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible in Travelling
  • Should be comfortable commuting using their own mode of transportation.
