About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Sales Manager
with 2–3 years of proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The ideal candidate must have strong stability in their career, having worked
a minimum of 2–3 years
in their previous organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Manage the sales pipeline and drive conversions to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct product / service presentations to potential clients and follow up to close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM entries accurately.
Understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2–3 years of proven experience
in sales, lead generation, and cold calling.
Career stability is a must
— minimum 2–3 years tenure in at least one previous company.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferred Industry Background :
