Backend Python Developer - Join Our Team!

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Backend Python Developer to join a rapidly growing EdTech company dedicated to providing exemplary coaching in the medical field across India. 🚀 The Role & Responsibilities :

  • As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems.
  • Design and maintain high-quality REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Implement secure backend logic and optimized database queries.
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability across large production systems by implementing observability, caching, and job queues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) and follow CI / CD best practices for seamless delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews and write tests.

✨ What You'll Bring :

Experience : 1.6 to 3+ years of proven experience in backend engineering.

Must-Have Key Skills :

  • Python + Frameworks : Strong experience in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • SQL & ORM : Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL, query optimization, and migrations.
  • API Development : Expertise in RESTful design and OpenAPI / Swagger documentation.
  • Specialist Skills : Testing (e.g., pytest) and DevOps basics (CI / CD, Docker, Git workflows).
  • Bonus : Experience in a Startup Company / Product-based environment.

    • Location : Onsite in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
