Job description

The IT Service Delivery Lead will proactively identify potential risks, lead efforts to mitigate them, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal and external teams. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end IT service delivery process, managing a team of IT professionals, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
