Job Description

This permanent, part - time opportunity offers hands on expeirence in the OSHC industy. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location :

Newly established with plenty of room for growth, Mt Cotton is a large set-up, pack-down service with a DOS and Program Manager in support as well as a  large roster of casuals who have great relationships with the 125 kids in the service. There is a strong emphasis on communication, attention to detail and team work.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday :

BSC : 6 : 30am-9 : 00am

ASC : 2 : 15pm-6 : 00pm

Innovation : Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program

Genuine : Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.

Remarkable :   Support with ensuring your program in compliance according to industry regulations.

The Successful Candidate :

✅ Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you!

✅ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart!

✅ Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.

✅You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.

✅ Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.

✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
