Role Description

As a Founding AE, you’ll define how we take this category-defining product to market, owning the first logos, playbooks, and revenue stories.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales : prospect, qualify, close.
  • Open doors at Fortune 500s and fast-growing scaleups, positioning DecisionX as a category creator.
  • Work with founders to refine ICP, pricing, and GTM playbooks.
  • Be the trusted advisor to CxOs, translating pain points into outcomes with Decision AI.
  • Build the revenue motion from scratch — playbooks, cadences, and culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years in enterprise SaaS / AI / data platform sales in Global Markets.
  • Have atleast 2 Years experience selling AI products to Enterprise in Global Markets.
  • Proven hunter + closer with large Enterprise deal experience.
  • Comfort selling strategic, high-ACV products.
  • A true builder mindset : thrives in 0→1, not just scaling.
