Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive our product messaging, customer research, and go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs while enabling our sales team for success.
Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience specifically as a Product Marketing Specialist
- Proven track record in B2B product marketing
- Experience in conducting webinars, and creating demo videos and other marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
Messaging and Website
Own and optimize all product messaging on the company websiteDocument messaging frameworks and learnings for marketing team distribution across verticalsCollaborate with technical, customer success, and sales teams to develop consistent messaging across all channelsEnsure seamless alignment between marketing messaging and technical documentationCustomer Research & Insights
Conduct daily customer conversations to gather insights and feedbackSegment user base and analyze pain points, objections, and behavioral patternsDevelop targeted messaging strategies to address specific customer concerns and needsTranslate customer insights into actionable marketing strategiesSales Enablement
Partner with pre-sales team to create comprehensive sales assets and collateralDocument and maintain pitch decks, sales demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and objection handling materialsConduct weekly dealflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize sales processesDevelop and maintain competitive battlecards for the sales teamOwn the complete customer case study development processCompetitive Intelligence
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, marketing strategies, and product offeringsConduct regular testing of internal products and competitive solutionsMaintain pricing strategies and optimize product packaging for both self-serve and enterprise segmentsFeature Launch Management
Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure user-focused feature development (naming conventions, UX copywriting, etc.)Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for all feature launchesDevelop pre-launch buzz generation strategies and campaignsAlign cross-functional teams on success metrics and launch expectationsOptimize post-launch messaging for maximum user engagementOwn feature launch KPIs until successful handover to customer marketing team
