Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute micro-events (dinners, networking meetups, conference
booths).
Support pre-event outreach and post-event lead nurturing with the sales andmarketing teams.
Manage logistics, vendor contracts, giveaways, venue coordination, and on-siteexecution.
Ensure smooth check-ins, guest engagement, and on-site branding.Outbound & Lead Generation
Work with marketing to run targeted cold email campaigns pre / post events.Manage follow-ups and qualify leads generated from events and conferences.Collaborate with SDRs and founders to align outreach with sales goals.Vendor & Relationship Management
Coordinate with event organizers, media partners, and vendors.Negotiate for booths, tables, signage, and joint promotions.Track all budgets, invoices, and ROI from event spend.Analytics & Feedback
Use CRM and event tech tools to track attendee behavior and event impact.Analyze lead quality and report on the success of campaigns.What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in business development, event marketing, or sales supportroles.
Prior experience in cold calling, email campaigns, or CRM tools is a plus.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.Excellent communication and hustle to follow up with leads, vendors, and internalteams.
Comfortable working US time zone .Fast learner, self-starter, and not afraid to roll up sleeves.
