Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned expert in advanced compensation to drive strategic initiatives and lead the implementation of Workday solutions. As an Advanced Compensation Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable compensation plans that meet the organization's evolving needs.

Main Responsibilities :

Develop and implement Workday compensation strategies that align with business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate HR requirements into actionable Workday solutions
Design and configure merit and bonus plans to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Key Qualifications :

Proven experience in designing and implementing global compensation cycles with regional variations

In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM Core and certification in Compensation / Advanced Compensation

Familiarity with BIRT statement design and delivery in Workday

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
