About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager Digital Media to lead digital media planning and buying for our clients. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, audience behaviour, and media performance metrics. This role demands strong analytical and negotiation skills, along with the ability to develop data-driven strategies that maximize ROI and brand visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Media Planning & Strategy :

  • Develop comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client objectives, target audience insights, and brand goals.
  • Create detailed media plans encompassing budgeting, channel mix, audience segmentation, frequency, and reach goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks for performance.
  • Recommend the most effective media platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic, OTT, Display, Native, etc.) for achieving campaign KPIs.

Media Buying & Execution :

  • Negotiate and manage media buys with platforms, publishers, and vendors to ensure cost efficiency and optimal placements.
  • Oversee campaign setup, ad trafficking, and delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure pacing, delivery, and performance are on target.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve ROI, CTR, engagement rates, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting :

  • Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports, insights, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Identify learnings and recommendations to refine future media plans.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to integrate campaign data into client dashboards and presentations.
  • Client & Team Management :

  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and media partners.
  • Supervise and mentor junior digital media planners / executives.
  • Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital media planning and buying.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning and buying (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Amazon Ads, and Programmatic tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital media metrics, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Programmatic buying is an added advantage.
