Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Science Graduate for training certification and placement in home health coding. The position is located in Pune. The role involves intensive training in medical coding, specifically focusing on home health coding. Daily tasks include attending training sessions, participating in hands-on coding practice, engaging in case studies, and collaborating with experienced trainers. Once certified, the role will involve accurately coding patient records and ensuring compliance with medical coding protocols to secure high-paying jobs in the medical coding industry.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Science
• Strong Analytical Skills for accurate coding and data interpretation
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with trainers and team members
• Research skills for staying current with coding updates and best practices
• Formal Education in Life Sciences, preferably with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new coding methodologies
• Previous experience in medical coding is a plus but not mandatory
