Location : Andheri, Mumbai

We’re now looking for a Creative Director — a visionary leader who can bring ideas to life, guide creative excellence across all projects, and help elevate the Yellow Frames brand to new heights.

Role Overview :

As the Creative Director at Yellow Frames, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision of the agency. You’ll guide a team of designers, writers, art directors, and strategists to produce work that not only looks great but also delivers on strategy and impact. You will work closely with the strategy, client servicing, and production teams to ensure every campaign reflects our standard of creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities : Creative Leadership & Vision

  • Define and drive the creative direction for all client campaigns and internal brand initiatives.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to inspire fresh, strategic ideas.
  • Ensure creative output aligns with the brand’s tone, audience, and marketing goals.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Oversee the concept-to-execution process for advertising campaigns across digital, social, print, and video.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative ideas.
  • Maintain high creative and production standards throughout all deliverables.

    • Team Management & Mentorship

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators.
  • Provide constructive feedback, direction, and mentorship to nurture talent within the team.
  • Encourage collaboration and cultivate a creative culture rooted in curiosity, innovation, and excellence.

    • Client & Brand Collaboration

  • Present creative strategies and concepts to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Partner with the client servicing team to ensure creative integrity and client satisfaction.
  • Work on building and evolving the Yellow Frames brand identity through internal marketing and campaigns.

    • Strategic Thinking & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of trends in advertising, design, and digital innovation .
  • Introduce new creative tools, formats, and storytelling techniques to enhance campaign performance.
  • Balance creativity with strategy, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • 10+ years of experience in advertising or creative agencies , with at least 3 years in a creative leadership role .
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns across digital, film, and traditional media .
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, design, storytelling, and visual communication .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and clients simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with creative tools and software (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.) is an added plus.
  • A degree in Advertising, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related fields preferred.
