Sales Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Mumbai to lead growth initiatives across various regions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue generation while managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse regional markets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute regional business strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with client needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing value propositions.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in business development or sales (5+ years preferred).
• Experience in Horeca Sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present confidently.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
