We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Ad Operations / E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day brand operations, optimize performance, and support growth across Noon and other marketplace channels. The ideal candidate comes with strong marketplace experience, cross-functional coordination skills, and a data-led approach to improving visibility, conversions, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for global brands across leading e-commerce marketplaces, ensuring smooth execution of listings, launches, replenishments, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Work extensively on marketing tools for catalog management, content accuracy, inventory tracking, and operational workflows.
- Conduct weekly analysis of sales performance, stock health, and inventory flow to maintain availability, avoid stock-outs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and logistics teams to drive product lifecycle management, including content updates, pricing revisions, and inventory planning.
- Execute data-driven marketplace strategies to improve product visibility, enhance customer experience, and increase conversions and revenue contribution.
- Perform content quality checks and website audits, high-quality product representation on Noon.
- Develop, refine, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operational processes across teams and improve overall efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners to ensure seamless coordination, timely execution, and consistent business growth.
- Proactively troubleshoot operational issues, implement best practices, and optimize workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong hands-on experience with marketplace operations.1-2 Years of work experienceAbility to analyze data, interpret trends, and present insights for decision-making.Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience in seasonal launch management, catalog execution, and performance-driven marketplace strategies is a plus.Skills Required
