- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare (nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, etc.) and IT roles.
- Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles
- Ensure compliance with US regulations and credentialing standards
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Analyze hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for better outcomes
- Mentor junior recruiters and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
