    • 🧑‍🏫 Role Overview

    These are full-time, on-site positions involving active engagement in teaching , research , academic administration , and infrastructure / resource development . Faculty members are expected to contribute meaningfully to the institution’s academic excellence and the advancement of aviation education.

    ✅ Key Responsibilities

    Faculty :

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and hands-on lab / practical training.
  • Guide student projects and academic development.
  • Develop and participate in funded research and academic publications.
  • Assist in curriculum enhancement and lab development.
  • Support institutional initiatives and events.

    • Librarian :

  • Manage physical and digital library resources.
  • Assist students and faculty in research access.
  • Maintain cataloguing, database, and acquisition systems.
  • Plan procurement of academic resources (books, journals, e-resources).

    • 🎯 Eligibility & Desired Skills

  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability in the relevant field.
  • PhD preferred (mandatory for core engineering disciplines).
  • For AME Faculty :
  • Valid B1.1 (Mechanical) or B2 (Avionics) license, or extensive DGCA module expertise.
  • Prior experience in CAR 147 Basic / Type Training organisations is highly desirable.
  • Instructors must hold a relevant degree / diploma with hands-on experience.
  • A librarian must have a degree in Library Science or equivalent, with digital proficiency.
  • Strong communication , interpersonal , and organizational skills.
  • A proven publication record and industry exposure will be a strong advantage.
