This is a Full-Time Job located in Chennai, India.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Will be the owner of performance and load testing for multiple SAAS based products

Will be responsible for development, execution, analysis and maintenance of performance scripts.

Analyse bottlenecks and recommend improvement areas

Setup performance benchmarking for workflows and products.

Responsible to sign off release from performance standpoint

Will be involved in build, deployment, manage environments and setting infrastructure

Organise demo to all stakeholders, present readable reports with analysis

Understand customer issues and challenges, provide analysis and recommendations

Collaborate effectively with product, development and QA team members

Coach and mentor junior engineers.

Skills :

8+ yrs of experience in performance testing.

Expertise in server, client and DB side performance and load testing.

Expertise in performance and load testing tool - JMeter

Expertise in monitoring tools - Datadog / AppDynamics / Dynatrace

Good to have - experience in JavaScript / Typescript and Playwright or any JS based automation tool.

Expertise is cloud based (preferably Azure) build, deployment, environment and infrastructure management

Expertise in version controls with GIT (bitbucket)

Strong ability to develop scripts, execute, analyse report and present to stakeholders

Strong ability to do performance bottleneck analysis and benchmarking.

Good communication and collaboration skill.

Qualifications :

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a Masters preferred.

8+ years of proven experience.
