Job descriptionSupport senior designers in concept creation, mood boards, and space planning . Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings , joinery details, and interior layouts for execution. Prepare 3D visualizations (SketchUp, Enscape, or equivalent) that accurately reflect design intent. Coordinate with site teams for on-site carpentry, finishes, and custom furniture fabrication . Conduct vendor sourcing, material selection , and quality checks for bespoke finishes. Ensure design accuracy during execution —from shop drawings to installation. Participate in client meetings, site visits, and snag-list resolutions with a solution-driven mindset. Strong aesthetic sense; proficiency in spatial composition, material layering, and proportion. Adept in concept ideation, color theory, and detailing luxury interiors. Being a people's person and understanding client's lifestyle. Understanding of joinery techniques , modular vs. custom carpentry, and fabrication processes. Ability to read and translate technical drawings into on-ground execution . Familiarity with work sequencing, vendor coordination, and BOQ preparation . AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray / Lumion (mandatory) MS Excel or project management tools for tracking deliverables Understanding of MEP integration in design detailing Has hands-on experience working with end-to-end residential luxury projects . Displays strong attention to detail and thrives in a high-accountability, design-led environment . Is collaborative, resourceful, and driven to learn the craft of bespoke interiors from concept to completion. Hungry to grow in this industry with an unshakable attitude to grow with the company
