Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.
Perform keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases, and integrate them into website content, meta tags, and headers.
Conduct SEO audits to identify technical issues and recommend on-site optimizations for improved search engine performance.
Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content, ensuring it aligns with keyword strategies.
Manage and optimize off-site SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns and partnerships, to improve domain authority.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and user behavior using SEO and analytics tools.
Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
Provide regular SEO performance reports, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.
Work closely with web developers, designers, and content creators to implement SEO recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, duplicate content, and site speed.
Stay informed about competitor SEO strategies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Research and implement emerging SEO trends, such as voice search optimization and mobile-first indexing.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).

Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and SEO tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush).

Proficiency in keyword research and on-page optimization techniques.

Knowledge of off-site SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple SEO initiatives.

Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving SEO trends.

Certifications in SEO or related digital marketing fields are a plus.
