Operations Excellence Leader
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize internal business operations, ensure SOPs compliance, ERP implementation, and automation, and foster cross-functional collaboration across our global teams.
Main Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end internal operations for IT services and staffing engagements.
- Develop and implement SOPs, ERP implementation, and process excellence initiatives.
- Drive process automation and ERP integration to enhance efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Technology, Delivery) to ensure seamless client service.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and deliver executive-level reporting.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in operations.
