Job description

Job Title : SAP IBP Consultant

Experience : 5-7 Years

Employment Type : Full-time only

Mandatory / Must-Have Skills :

5+ years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) specifically in Demand, S&OP, and Response / Supply modules.
Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP IBP implementation project.
Strong expertise in :
Conducting business requirement workshops.
Performing Fit-Gap analysis.
Designing interfaces.
Writing Functional Design Specs (FDS) and Business Process Procedures (BPP).
Ability to configure SAP IBP modules :
Demand Planning.
S&OP.
Response / Supply.
Deep understanding of S / 4HANA BOM, Routings, and Production Versions.

Familiarity with :

Unit Testing, Cycle Testing.

Integration Testing.

User Manual Creation & End-user Support.

Experience with structured SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP).

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience in stakeholder engagement and working closely with onsite / offshore teams.

Good to Have / Nice to Have :

SAP IBP Certification.

Experience with CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services).

Exposure to integration with other SAP modules : SD, MM, PS, HR.

Basic understanding of interfaces such as ALE / IDOC or EDI / IDOC.

Previous experience in training delivery and knowledge transfer.

Familiarity with SAP PP / DS or deeper S / 4HANA supply chain functions.
