Job description

Job Title : AJO Developer

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Remote

We’re looking for a technically skilled, data-driven developer to design and implement personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) . You’ll work across channels, integrate data and APIs , and optimize campaign performance for seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Journey Development : Build and manage real-time and scheduled journeys with decision logic based on triggers, events , and data.
  • Integrations : Connect web and mobile platforms using APIs, SDKs, and custom actions.
  • Channel Execution : Configure and manage email, push, and SMS campaigns ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Testing & Optimization : Run A / B tests , monitor KPIs , and refine journey performance.
  • Data & Personalization : Use audience segmentation, event data, and dynamic content for tailored experiences.

Technical Skills :

  • Strong hands-on experience with AJO and journey orchestration
  • Expertise in data modeling, segmentation, APIs, and real-time event handling
  • Familiarity with content personalization, decisioning, and testing frameworks
  • Bonus : Experience with Kafka / PubSub , identity resolution , and privacy compliance
