🚀 Hiring: Sales Subject Matter Expert (AI Training)
📍 Location: India – Remote
🕒 Availability: PST | Weekdays | 35 hours/week
We are seeking an experienced Sales Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development, evaluation, and improvement of AI models used across the sales lifecycle. This role is ideal for sales professionals who want to apply real-world expertise to cutting-edge AI training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI, Data, and Product teams to evaluate sales-focused AI models
- Review and improve AI-generated conversations across prospecting, qualification, objection handling, and closing
- Identify gaps, inaccuracies, and unnatural phrasing in AI outputs
- Validate AI responses against real-world sales scenarios and proven sales methodologies
- Define success metrics related to tone, empathy, objection handling, and deal progression
- Support data annotation by providing sales-stage context
- Stay updated on modern sales frameworks (SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in core sales roles (B2B Sales, Account Executive, Sales Enablement, or Leadership)
- Strong understanding of the full sales funnel, CRM systems, and sales methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams
Selection Process
