Are you a strategic and results-driven Sales Leader looking to make a significant impact in the exciting world of media? At Autofigures Media, we specialize in YouTube channel management, video editing, graphic design, and more. We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager / Sales Head to lead our sales efforts, drive growth, and expand our client base.

In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team (if applicable), and overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing. You’ll work closely with the founder to set targets, track progress, and ensure the team delivers on key sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead & Manage Sales Strategy : Develop and implement an effective sales strategy for video editing, graphic design, and YouTube channel management services.
  • Generate & Oversee Lead Generation : Drive inbound and outbound sales efforts, focusing on generating new business via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and B2B client acquisition.
  • Sales Team Management : If applicable, manage and mentor a sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the client base.
  • Client Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Process & CRM : Lead the management of the sales funnel, using CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales progress, and ensure successful conversions.
  • Key Metrics Reporting : Report on sales KPIs, including lead generation, client bookings, sales conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Founder : Work directly with the founder to strategize and help close high-value deals, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Proven Leadership : 3+ years of successful sales leadership experience in media, digital services, or a related field.
  • Sales Strategy Expertise : Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that result in measurable growth.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Funnel : Knowledge of generating leads organically through LinkedIn and other platforms, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • CRM Proficiency : Strong experience with CRM tools to track and manage leads, sales activities, and progress.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Excellent phone, email, and video communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • B2B Sales Experience : A background in B2B sales, particularly in media-related services (YouTube, video editing, graphic design, etc.), is preferred.
  • Results-Oriented : A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with an emphasis on both short-term and long-term goals.
  • U.S. Network : Ideally, candidates will have a network of connections within the U.S. or media industry, helping to accelerate lead generation and client acquisition.
