Willingness to Travel : Mandatory travel to Saudi Arabia for project are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Finance, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). This role requires an expert who has successfully led or participated in at least 3-4 full-cycle, end-to-end implementation projects. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert functional and technical support, leading data migration activities, configuring financial modules, and ensuring successful project delivery from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
Key Implementation : Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects, including requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Module Expertise : Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key Oracle Finance modules, including but not limited to :
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Budget Control
Data Migration :
Lead and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion using standard tools.Develop and utilize File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and Application Development Framework Desktop Integrator (ADFdi) templates to ensure accurate and efficient data loading.Oversee the data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.Configuration & Customization :
Configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules based on business requirements, including enterprise structure, chart of accounts, ledgers, and sub-ledgers.Expertly configure Tax and Withholding Tax setups for various countries, particularly within the Middle East region.Configure Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting as per client and Documentation :Utilize Oracle Application Implementation Method (AIM), Oracle Unified Method (OUM), and other standard methodologies for project delivery.Create comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts.Testing and Training :
Lead and conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.Provide end-user training and create training materials to facilitate a smooth transition.Collaboration and Communication :
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure alignment and successful project execution.Provide status updates, manage risks, and communicate project progress effectively to all Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in system maintenance.Mandatory Skills & Experience :
Oracle Fusion Finance : Proven expertise in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) : In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance modules.Full-Cycle Implementations : A track record of successfully completing at least 3-4 full-cycle, end-to-end Oracle Finance implementation projects.Data Migration : Hands-on experience with FBDI and ADFdi templates for data migration.Tax Configuration : Expertise in configuring complex tax setups, including local and regional tax requirements.Budget Control : Strong knowledge of implementing Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting.Methodologies : Proficient in using Oracle AIM, UAT, OUM, and related project methodologies.Module-Specific Skills : Expert knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets MBA in Finance is a mandatory requirement.(ref : iimjobs.com)
