Role Overview : We are looking for a

smart, AI & tech-savvy Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

who can partner with business leaders to hire the best talent while enhancing candidate experience. This role goes beyond recruitment—encompassing

employer branding, onboarding, induction, and employee engagement

to build an

“owner mindset” and “future-ready” workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs across the 3 companies.

Design

very attractive and creative JDs

that reflect the role and culture.

Source, engage, and attract top talent using :

LinkedIn Recruiter Solutions

Naukri.com

ATS & AI-driven hiring tools

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.

Leverage technology and AI tools for candidate assessment and screening.

Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence across digital platforms.

Onboarding & Induction

Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, from documentation to day-one readiness.

Conduct induction & training sessions to embed company culture, values, and business knowledge.

Collaborate with leaders to design impactful induction programs for different functions.

Employee Engagement

Plan and execute

employee engagement initiatives

that foster collaboration, motivation, and retention.

Organize activities, events, and recognition programs that strengthen company culture.

Support wellness, fun-at-work, and team-bonding initiatives across the group companies.

Process & Data Management

Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics to track hiring progress.

Continuously improve hiring processes with automation and smart recruitment practices.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education :

Any Graduate

Experience :

3–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement.

Proven experience using

LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, and ATS systems .

Strong ability to write

engaging and creative job descriptions .

Tech-savvy and comfortable with

AI tools, HR automation, and digital platforms .

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
